Our recommended foam training shoto for weapons practice. A smaller companion sword traditionally used alongside a katana, fully padded for safe, controlled sparring and drills. Soft foam outer over a lightweight plastic core, 71cm (28 inch) length, approximately 300g. This is the standard shoto we recommend for Shinbukan students.
